SAV 9 Linux Web Gui cannot start

Hi Sophos Forum,

I just install Sophos Antivirus Linux version 9 on two ubuntu machine in my amazon ec2 instance. FYI, another installation is going well and another machine unable to access web gui.     I am having a problem where I have SAV 9 for Linux installed and can manage it from CLI but when I try to access it through Web UI http://127.0.0.1:8081 I get the following error message " This page cannot be displayed".  I am running Elementary OS Freya and "sudo service sav-protect status" replies back running. What am I missing?
