SAV 9 Linux Web Gui cannot start

Hi Sophos Forum,

I just install Sophos Antivirus Linux version 9 on two ubuntu machine in my amazon ec2 instance. FYI, another installation is going well and another machine unable to access web gui.     Hi,

    What does /opt/sophos-av/log/savwebd.log say?

    It's unlikely that you are using SAV7 so the KBA is unlikely to help you.

    I guess the first thing to check would be if something else is using the port the WebUI wants to use.

    Also it would be useful to get "/opt/sophos-av/bin/savdstatus --version" output to check what version you are running.
