SUM - Software Delivery Failed

Since changing our Software Subscription to the "9 Recommended" from "8 Recommended" for OSX our SUM is stuck on Software Delivery Failed.  The log viewer shows the following.  "Synchronize operation failed when synchronizing product release 'Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac OS X 10.4+ because of a checksum error. Details Checksum error: 87f51c8050837dc9698e66c23115a614.

Any ideas?  I've tried deleting the contents of the Warehouse folder and it rebuilt but did not fix the problem.

Thanks!

  • I had a similar issue (may be completely unrelated to this one, but it's worth a shot) where I'd get the same message along with "Failed to read customer content file".  After trying various different things suggested by knowledgebase articles and help from Sophos support, I later had to rather sheepishly admit that it was our firewall blocking an update to Sophos for Max OSX 10.6+  :smileyindifferent:

It took me a while to realise that the alert "Gateway Anti-Virus Alert: Malformed.asx.CR.2 (Exploit) blocked" wasn't a result of the server not updating, but the cause of it.  None of our other subscriptions updated either, even though it was only this one being blocked.
