i have a user with uncleanable virus Troj/Agent-UUH what to do please?

:smileytongue: no need to be elliptical, the limit for a post is some 20k, and writing two or three more lines will neither dent Sophos' profits nor threaten the polar bears :smileytongue:.
uncleanable is ambiguous, as you say nothing has been done yet I assume you see an alert in SEC and its Cleanup status is Not cleanable. The analysis for Troj/Agent-UUH suggests that in general it should be cleanable. You should perhaps check the available actions in the Quarantine Manager as outlines in the How to remove ... article. Also take note of the path in Details - it might point to an archive which would explain why the threat is not cleanable. Last but not least you can manually delete the file (unless it is locked as a result of an infection which is unlikely in this case).
This is a rather general advice, it is impossible to be more specific without the details.
