Help with External client install registering to console!!!

So I am setting up a new Sophos 5.2 environment.

I have set up a console/management/db server inside our network for managing computer and policies.  All that is good.

I have the SUM on a seperate server which fetches updates from Sophos and feeds them to the console.  All that is good.

Clients internally are updating fine with no real issues.

I just set up a new SUM server in our DMZ facing the outside.

I have everything working as far as updating the clients via http, getting it's updates from the internal SUM, registering itself with the console and all of that stuff.  All good.

Now I am trying to use the DMZ SUM to allow remote installation of the endpoint package.  I created a package with the Sophos Deployment Package and downloaded it to my laptop on the outside.  After some twaeking, I got all of that working.  Was able to download the entire package onto my laptop with the proper components and updating locations set properly (internal server first, DMZ web server second).  It all seems to be working great.

Problem I am having is that the endpoints being installed remotely are not registering with the console internally, so they are not getting the correct policy rules and schedules applied.

HELP!!!
