Domain Credentials from Enterprise console to push out client software

I have (2) domains in my enterprise. The Sophos server is in DOmain 1, and some client machines are in domain 2. When i go to use the protect computers wizard and put in the crednetials as domain 2/username it wont accept any creds from domain 2. Do i need to setup an "accepted domain" list somewhere in the console??

Hello lspector,
there is nothing to configure in SEC, it relies purely on Windows security. Please see How does the 'Protect computers wizard' perform an installation? and note in item 1.1.: These credentials need to be able to log onto the computer where the Sophos Management Service resides.
