Remote Tasks

We are new to SOPHOS and would like to know there is a way to send a remote message to individual computers or do a computer restart remotely through the SOPHOS control console.

Also is there a way for it to show the user that is logged in to the computer. This should show up in the computer details tab.

I believe that if these are not already available that they would be good improvements.

    Hello SalCo,

    Sophos (I assume you are talking about SESC) does not provide general mangement functions, this is beyond the scope of the product. While the user context is where applicable reported with alerts and events the logged on user (there could be more than one, BTW) is not shown.
