Unable to install sophos client agent through enterprise console

We are testing Sophos Enterprise Console version 5 and we are unable to install client agent through enterprise console. The client system showing like greyed one. Please confirm how to install client agent through enterprise console like push to install from server to client. But manual client agent installation is working fine. So kindly provide the solution for the same.

That's a good guide. Also remember that on a Windows network you need to enter the domain\username in the credentials box otherwise you'll get an error to do with credentials.
