cant sync active directory

i want to sync my active directory, but i get only this:

What i do wrong?

Import from active directory is no problem.

    Hello q16marvin,

    looks strange, I've never seen this pastel coloured triangle (inside a white square?) before. Err, could you please give us some details? Which version of what management are you using and at which step do you get this?
