    Hello jarrold,

    that's not much information to work with. If you are administering Sophos at your site - please try to search this forum, there's lots of threads about updating errors and how to troubleshoot them. If you are and end-user please turn to your site's IT/Sophos support - they should be the POC for users (of course you are free to search this board as well).
