Have something interesting here. New deployment of SEC 5, Endpoint 10 yesteday. Client installs fine, shows in the console etc. Today I was testing my smtp email alerts. I tested 2 computers using the EICAR test virus online. Everything worked as I had hoped. However, when viewing those 2 machines through SEC the "computer details" are now blank (where as it was populated yesterday). I can see the events related to the computer, history, IDE's etc but I just can't see computer name, description, OS, domain, IP etc. Any way to force re-population of that data? Or how does this populate itself?
