Sophos Console Upgrade issue

Hi,

I'm in need of upgrading Sophos Console from v4.5 to v5.1 but unable to retrieve the old account used to install the previous version and create an issue for upgrade

Is there a way I can upgrade the console and retain the configuration / settings including the clients rather than building new SEC?

unable to retrieve the old account used to install the previous version
older versions automatically created the necessary account(s). This has changed with recent versions, please see User accounts required by Sophos Enterprise Console. IIRC it shouldn't be necessary to enter the old account.
