PC not encrypting

Hi,

I'm trying to encrypt the HDD of a DELL optiplex 780 via the Sopho Enterprise console (v.5.1.0.1839).

The agent is installed, and under 'Encryption' tab the 'Fulldisk encryption policy' column  says 'Same as policy'

 Forced the PC to comply with the ' Grup Full **bleep** Encrypttion Policy' via the enterprise console. but PC doesn't seem to be encrypting.

Had 1 issue when installing the Encryption agent - after the 1st restart had a 'page fault 'error. Used the Hotkeys to get pass the message. 

any ideas ?

    Make sure that the container you have the PC in has the correct encryption policy attached to it. We've run into that a few times when creating a container and not applying the proper encryption policy to it. It might just be compliant with the default policy that doesn't have the "Encrypt disks" selection on it.
