Unable to Block Micro SD Card

Since I use the Endpoint from version 4.x to the latest, for the first time and only now I get this issue, which can not block a Micro SD Card.

Is it true, Sophos endpoint can not block the Micro SD Card that is inserted into the Internal Card Reader for Desktop PC? Is it because the Card Reader is connected to the USB connector on the motherboard?

Has anyone experienced the same thing? any suggestions?

    Does the card show as the usual removable device?
    Yes, it does.

    Did you try with an external reader?
    Yes, I do. I've tried it with an external reader attached via USB ports including an internal reader in laptops, there is no problem.

    But, when I plug a USB flash drive into the USB ports on the internal reader, my flash drive absolutely blocked, only MicroSD that can not block ..., really surprised..!? You know, the USB port already exists in any such internal card reader.
