Unable to Block Micro SD Card

Since I use the Endpoint from version 4.x to the latest, for the first time and only now I get this issue, which can not block a Micro SD Card.

Is it true, Sophos endpoint can not block the Micro SD Card that is inserted into the Internal Card Reader for Desktop PC? Is it because the Card Reader is connected to the USB connector on the motherboard?

Has anyone experienced the same thing? any suggestions?

    Hello Hendra,

    Device Control is port agnostic and therefore should block removable storage no matter how or where attached. Does the card show as the usual removable device? Did you try with an external reader?
