Sophos deployment to unix from windows

I have a unix server conected to a windows 2008 R2 domain can i use the Sophos Enterprise console to deploy the unix sophos agent to the unix server.

Finally got it to work after NFs for windows on the 2k8 server was installed to allow a unix box to talk to windows files
