Sophos deployment to unix from windows

I have a unix server conected to a windows 2008 R2 domain can i use the Sophos Enterprise console to deploy the unix sophos agent to the unix server.

Thank you so is there no workaround for a single unix box to be managed from windows even if the agent is deployed manually on the unix box.
