ERROR: Download of Sophos AutoUpdate failed from server Sophos

I cannot connect to the Server to update, attached is the update log, I have tried every username and password possible and I haev shut off my windows firewall.

    Hello hdg,

    it attempts to update from Sophos (is this a stand-alone install?) so the credentials needed are those from the license.

    As far as I can see there is no specific reason given - could you post the corresponding part of the ALUpdate log (...\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\)?
