Conficker

We recently have been hit with the conficker virus.  My question to everyone is my Techs are saying that all external virus scans are coming out clean, yet on my side of the Sophos console it is still showing the infected machines? Could their scans using c-cleaner, kaspersky, bitfeder be wrong? Or is Sophos right and in that case what do we do next?

    Maybe your system became immune with the virus, making anti virus programs to not detect this viruses.

    Like in a USB Flash drive, even though the files are hidden by a computer virus (trojans), the scan results will turn to be clear of viruses.
