"Cannot download compliance agent from server"

Hi all,

Since a week a few workstations on the company network report "Download of product Sophos Compliance Agent from server Sophos skipped because it is unavailable from this location" (updating log)

However, this download location is exactly the same for all the other workstations. I removed and reinstalled Sophos, but that did not help.  There are no (obvious) differences between these workstations and the others.

Any ideas about how to solve this?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I'm new to Sophos, and didn't realize NAC is retired.

    It isn't really used here, only for monitoring, so I started to remove this from the endpoints.

    Problem "solved"
