"Cannot download compliance agent from server"

Hi all,

Since a week a few workstations on the company network report "Download of product Sophos Compliance Agent from server Sophos skipped because it is unavailable from this location" (updating log)

However, this download location is exactly the same for all the other workstations. I removed and reinstalled Sophos, but that did not help.  There are no (obvious) differences between these workstations and the others.

Any ideas about how to solve this?

    Hello ZZM,

    'from server Sophos' indicates these endpoints are updating (or attempting to update) from the Secondary location. Guess NAC (like RMS) can only be downloaded from a site's CID.
    BTW: AFAIK Simplified NAC has already been retired
