Sophos definition updates location for Citrix virtual desktops

We have a Citrix virtual desktop environment and we would like to redirect where the Sophos definition updates are installed to, so is it possible to change the location of the Sophos definition updates on a client (Windows 7), and if so, how?

    With our Citrix virtual desktops, we are using Personal vDisk technology, along with streaming out a single OS image to all the clients, so we want to redirect the definition updates to their PVD location, so everytime they reboot it doesn't download everything from start again. Changes are kept in their PVD.
