enterprise console 4 - no "sophos live protection" option

i am attempting to follow the above knowledge base instructions to solve the "shh" fiasco.

we are using enterprise console 4.

however, "sophos live protection" is not an option when right clicking/editing our policy under "Anti Virus and HIPS"

what are we to do?

    We are a school running hundreds of computers, many of which are teacher laptops which are extremely difficult to schedule for maintenance. Since things were running very smoothly before, could we perhaps get a sophos enterprise console update for our organization so that we may do this remotely?
