Zero-Day Threat - Internet Explorer Weakness 9/17/12 - back door Trojan - Poison Ivy

How are others responding to this NEW threat? Is Sophos patching with a Microsoft Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit 3.0? (Reported to be a viable solution to protecting from the threat according to Yunsun Wee of Microsoft)
