RMS Initially tries to contact old IP

Hi all,

I'm in the process of rolling out a new SEC infrastructure. After the server was configured, it had to be moved to a different network and thus underwent an IP address change.

When installing the client on any endpoint, either using "protect computers" or using setup.exe with custom parameters, everything goes OK but it takes 5-10 minutes before the client finds SEC and connects.

Upon investigation of the router log on the specimen machine, I can see it trying to connect to the old IP address of the SEC server:

07.12.2012 11:24:37 0E94 I Getting parent router IOR from [old IP address]:8192

This is somewhat irritating... can someone advise how I can fix this? Clearly the old IP address is defined somewhere in the installation repository.

To clarify, I've seen this on every machine I've checked the log on, and it does it on macs too...
