I just attempted the upgrade (which failed) and now my Console is unusable. I am attempting to repair the problem. Here's my log file:

    The log attached is the bootstrapper log, which gathers info before calling the MSI files.  The server msi failed:

    1/31/2013 2:41:03 PM, INFO : Installation of Server32.msi failed with error code: 1603
    1/31/2013 2:41:03 PM, INFO : Ended installing Server32.msi
    1/31/2013 2:41:05 PM, INFO : Installation of Management Server failed with error code: 1603
    1/31/2013 2:41:05 PM, INFO : Deactivate state: Installing

    Si in the same directory as the bootrapper log you should be able to find the Server msi log from the same upgrade attempt.

    Can you seach through that for the text:

    Return value 3

    And send in approx the 20 lines above that.
