SAVDID Problem

We are currently trying to integrate a new externally facing web application with Sophos Anti-Virus 4 on Solaris using SAVDID.  We have this configured and working correctly on our test environment but when building our live servers (all on Solaris 10) we get the following in the savdi log:-

I have just rebuilt a test server onto a new more powerful box and am now getting the above error in test also.  The server buillds are the same and the application has not changed at all, so I'm wondering if anybody has got any pointers or ideas as to what the issue might be?
