We are currently trailing Sophos Enterprise Console and I am having a few issue's mainly with the Policy Differs error. Currently I have deployed SAV to around 13 computers. First of all it was going fine; the policies were matching etc. Once everything was working, I added a scheduled scan to the AV policy and that’’’’s when I received the ‘‘‘‘Differs from Policy’’’’. The Scheduled task creates on the client PC's fine but I am not sure what the issue is. If I remove the scheduled scan the Policy Compliance goes back to Same Policy.
I have done a bit of digging and the solution crops up about stopping the task scheduler deleting some files etc etc but this is happening on all of the PC's, not a couple.
Could anyone provide some technical assistance?
