Trojan.Maljava!gen23

Hi!

We have a lot of computers infected with Trojan.Maljava!gen23, and Sophos seems not to detect it. The virus/malware inactivates Sophos and is impossible to get rid of without uninstalling.

Amyone has any suggestions what to do?

Hello Anders66,
as you've somehow identified the malware please send a sample to Sophos. I'd suggest that after receiving the automated response you contact support (either by email replying to the response, the query form or phone) quoting the assigned case id.
