Child SUMs failed to update, Error message: Could not read from the update source location

Hi All, 

I  have Main SUMs(SophosSEC) using "Sophos" Source as update source and have 11 Child SUMs connected to it. 

However, recently 3 of the Child SUMs failed to update and error message shown as below:

For the SUMTracexx.logs, it show error message as below:

2013-12-10 17:37:11 : <ERROR> Sync operation failed: The warehouse source list has been exhausted.
2013-12-10 17:37:11 : Cmd-ALL << [E403C][F26F7EC0-1302-4DA7-8B6B-A5383051D41A][Not attempted.][RECOMMENDED][192.168.1.50/.../Warehouse] Supplements for payload 'F26F7EC0-1302-4DA7-8B6B-A5383051D41A' could not be synchronised because the synchronise operation failed due to an earlier error.

    Hello FrancisTimothy,

    unless there are some preceding lines which give a hint I have no idea what it's trying to tell us with The warehouse source list has been exhausted. Apparently there is no applicable article. So, if this is all the SUMTrace log reveals I suggest you call Support. Please follow up with what they tell you.
