Systray Ballon Messages for Web Control

Does anyone know how to disable the ballon popup in the Systray for blocked websites? We block social media, and since just about every webpage has a facebook like button on it now, we're constantly getting popups notifing us that a page has been blocked.

    Did this issue ever get resolved? -I'm still suffering from it -I've got facebook blocked but our staff do their on-line training via an NHS website that has a little facebook button at the bootm. When they see a 'this page has been blocked' message many give up and don't do their training!
