Systray Ballon Messages for Web Control

Does anyone know how to disable the ballon popup in the Systray for blocked websites? We block social media, and since just about every webpage has a facebook like button on it now, we're constantly getting popups notifing us that a page has been blocked.

    I did a test. Unfortunately I don't see a difference. Balloon tips are still popping up.

    I turned on debugging logging for Web Control. Facebook seems still to be the reason for the balloon tip messages.

    I'll send logs to support.
