Systray Ballon Messages for Web Control

Does anyone know how to disable the ballon popup in the Systray for blocked websites? We block social media, and since just about every webpage has a facebook like button on it now, we're constantly getting popups notifing us that a page has been blocked.

Thanks. Yeah, like the previous user stated, it's just more of an annoyance than anything. I'm just trying give the end users as little as possible to complain about. :smileyhappy:
