Installing Sophos Enterprise Console on Windows Server 2012

Can it be done? Knowledgebase article 118635 does not show Windows Server 2012 as being supported, but article 118312 implies that it is supported. My reseller says he believes at least the Management Server part of Enterprise Console is not supported.

Is Sophos Enterprise Console supported on Windows Server 2012?

If not, when will it be supported?

    Hello Gerard,

    the best articles aren't always easy to find. 118635 is not so bad if take note of its date and read to the end: For detailed system requirements, including platform and database requirements for Endpoint Security 9.5 and above, see Knowledgebase article 113278. As far as I can see it is supported except for the Patch component.
