Cannot save Configure scan

cannot save the configured scan in Sophos encouter the bellow error details:

Hello VShipsIT2013,
please contact Support (see Contact Information for telephone numbers if you prefer to call). Might be a good idea to collect vital information in advance using SDU. Doesn't seem to be a "common" problem.
