Web control Questions

Not sure if this is the place to aske these question?. But here it goes 

when using the web contorl policy  for the spam urls and pshing and faud and spyware are the blacklist/whitelist and I do have to manage them (adding sites to them) or is this done by sohpos ?

Are these polices global or can i target a single group?

when they are blocked can the user just click pass them?

    Not sure if this is the place

    if it's about Inappropriate Website Control (aka Basic Web Control) then yes (otherwise my answer won't apply).

    The categories are maintained by Sophos, the Website Exceptions (Allow/Block) which apply to all categories (but not policies) alike are configured by you. Like with other policies you can have as many Web Control policies as desired and apply them per group.

    For the Exceptions you can select Allow or Block (which does what it says), for the Sophos categories you can also choose Warn (a user can access the site after clicking Proceed ...).
