I recently downloaded the free trial version of Sophos Enpoint Security and Control for my Mac OS/X.. Initially, there were no problems, but today my password won't work. Yes, I have triple checked my password. I wrote it down when I created it and it worked fine until today. There is not an option, that I can find, to reset the password without already being logged on, which I cannot do. When I called the support line, he said there is no phone support for the version I downloaded. Help please.
