Can't uninstall sophos

Hi,

I Have uninstalled sophos from the windows server 2003 but sophos Autoupdate service is still running in service console.

There is no Sophos product visible on the "Add remove programs".

Also tried to reinstall sophos on the server but not able to reinstall.

Hello Ashwani,
did you manually uninstall? Haven't heard that AutoUpdate is left behind. Anyway, please see Troubleshooting and resolving problematic Sophos endpoint upgrade and uninstall issues - after using the mentioned Microsoft Fix-It tool you should be able to reinstall and subsequently perform a clean uninstall. You should contact Support first as suggested (unless you are confident you can do it without assistance).
