'Sophos Endpoint Protection - Business' update problem.

My company is using the 'Sophos Endpoint Protection - Business'.

Server is installed in a vaccine exists on the internal network.

Sophos site exists only install files and update files do not exist.  (https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/downloads.aspx)

Tell me the path to get the update files.

    I can only imagine that the meaning was lost in translation. Is it that the server is isolated from the Internet? Or?

    Which update files are you looking for? Is Sophos already installed at your company? If so, what's the role of this server?

    The program is already installed on the server.

    And the server is isolated from Internet.

    The install file is available on the site, but I want a path to get the patch file.

    please be specific, The program has an official name and some well-known aliases and acronyms (Sophos Anti-Virus, SAV, SESC, Endpoint software or Enterprise Console, SEC - to name a few), any of them would be better than The program and would make it clearer what you are looking for when you say update files or patch file :smileysad:.

    Maybe you are looking for How to install updates of SOPHOS ENDPOINT ... Offline? If not, please at least give us the name of the install file (just the link to Downloads doesn't help).
