Endpoint not updating

Hi My endpoints havnt updated since the 8th of November

I am using Enterprise Console 4.0.0.2362

I get the following message in the log

Do you have any suggestions. The computer browser service is running as I can browse to that folder. The password and username is correct.

       Just a couple of points.

      1. Is the SEC downloading the updates from sophos themselves, is this server updating,

      2. Have you changed anything.

      3. I believe that version of the Console is well out of support with Sophos, maybe worth updating to the latest version.

      4.  Can you force an update from the console

      5. Have you tried a reinstall on one client as a test

      6. Also something i did come across was the indexing service may need to be disabled on the client, if i recall the far distant

          past.
