Mal/Bundpil-LNK and Troj/Loader-S not removed

Hi Folks,

I have a problem with a virus. Everytime that I put a USB Drive virus hides  all my FIles and create an "Mal/Bundpil-LNK and Troj/Loader-S" move to quarentene and clean that virus. But when I reboot the machine the same happens when I use USB Drive Again. I have this issue in many PC on my netwoks. I scan all PC with SOphos but the issue persist. I'm using Enpoint Security and Control 10.3.

I dont know how to remove this virus. I appreciate your help.

    didn't get farther than no puedo habler espanol with my Spanish :smileyvery-happy: (BTW does it always complain about the corrupt  user.xml)? And apparently Sophos hasn't been updated for some time as the datos de detección versión jumps from 5.11 to 5.14.

    Is this G: in the logs the USB drive? The detections in the log appear after Escanear el ordenador has been started. No on-access detections? Is this a plain USB drive or a U3? many PC and many USB drives as well? Ever tried a known-clean (perhaps new) drive?

    The analysis for Mal/Bundpil-LNK suggests that you send a sample, please do so (also include samples of Troj/Loader-S). You might also want to read Sophos Malware Remediation Toolkit.
