Cannot Resolve Comparison Failure

We have two Windows 2003 servers that continually revert to a policy comparision failure. I've unisntalled and re-installed the Endpoint software and followed Article ID: 28358 checking permissions, rebuilding the Task Scheduler, etc. We are running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644 and Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.0. The endpoint are protected and up to date, however I cannot remove this policy compliance issue in SEC.

Any other suggestions?

    When in the state, enable trace level logging (LogLevel 2) on the Sophos Agent service as mentioned in the article.  Restart the service, then wait a minute.  The last agent log (c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\Sophos\Remote Management System\3\Agent\Logs\) should then help to understand which section is the problem.  Feel free to make the last agent log available and I'll take a look.
