Restart required after Updates from Sophos

Hello,

I use Sophos Endpoint and using the Enterprise Console, I notice that almost once a month, after Sophos has updated the desktops/servers, I get a "Warning - Restart required for updates to take effect" . Is that normal? I just want to make sure I haven't missed any settings since it also affects servers.
