Updates on Dashboard

Hi,

I have proglem regarding updates on my dashboard,

When I look up my updates folder and workstation, all are updated on 9/6/2011

But when I look up my updates dashboard stucks at 4/20/2011.

    Try the following:

    On the server, Clear the contents of the following folders (do a backup first)

    (For 2003)

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\Warehouse\*

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\CIDs\*

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\Update Manager\Working\*

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sophos\ Remote Management System\3\Router\Envelopes\*

    (For 2008)

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\Warehouse\*

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\CIDs\*

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Update Manager\Update Manager\Working\*

    C:\ProgramData\ Sophos\ Remote Management System\3\Router\Envelopes\*

    (Both)

    C:\Program Files\Sophos\Enterprise Console\SUM\specialactions.xml
    C:\Program Files\Sophos\Enterprise Console\SUM\SUM_Status.xml

    Once the above is cleared, in the Console under the SUM Section,

    right click on your server, and select update now,

    It will recreate the folders in the following orders:
    Warehouse, Working, CIDs

    Please note that the warehouse folder will be redownloaded (This is about 200MB minimum download)

    It may take some time.

    Restart the Sophos Message router service.

    Once it has been downloaded, check the dashboard status.

    Should be back on track.

    (If you have more than one distribution point, ensure the distribution points credentials are configured correctly)
