Updating Failed: Could not contact to server

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed Sophos Endpoint Security and Control. 

When I tried to update, error was "Could not contact to server".

Status: Updating failed.

In Configure/Primary locations detail/ In Address line I chose Sophos. What I have to filled in lines: usernam and password?

What should I do to make it upate?

    Hello Hanh,

    so you are using the Stand-alone Installer? Normally you should use the managed version with SESC (where the primary is your update manager). Anyway - you'd have to use the same credentials as for downloading the installer from Sophos.
