New servers cannot be aquired by Console : error SDCOM_E_VFS_OPENFAILED

Hello,

we are facing since 1 week with issue our SophosEntreprise 4.5 console.

New servers are not updating in the console after deployment.

The console manage 6000+ v9.5 and v10 servers and they continue to update correctly, the issue is only faced with new and never connected servers.

You can see below the install log from one of the servers:

    Hello Rush,

    looks like at a certain point reading of one of the files in the \rms subdirectory fails. Might be a particular API whoch encounters this issue. Is it always the same file for all clients, the same file for the same client or an arbitrary file which fails?
