Please do not refer me to the advisory link for Shh for this issue. We have gone through all the related steps for correcting the original issue including running the necessary scripts in our entire environment. The issue that we are still having though is that there are now false "Out-of-date computer" errors in our Enterprise Console even though we have verified that the end-points are getting updates regularly and are able to get "protect computers" or "update computers now" commands without issue. I believe that I have narrowed the issue down to following errors in the sophos-management-services.log. 2012-09-21 10:05:36,010 [19] WARN {Sophos.Management.Common.TranslationTable.GetTranslationValue} ==> Translation not found for token 'Sophos' in group 'Sets' and of value type 'long'. 2012-09-21 10:05:36,010 [19] WARN {Sophos.Management.Common.TranslationTable.GetTranslationValue} ==> Translation not found for token 'Sophos' in group 'Sets' and of value type 'none'. and multiple DistributionCannotWriteDstFailure, application SDDM, group SUMStatus errors. Before these errors, our logs show no null status errors but now all our endpoints return an info alert in the logs for {Sophos.Management.Services.Sddma.MessageReceiver.StatusChanged} ==> Received null status from Router$blahblah Is there purgedb command that I need to consider also running for clearing these alerts as well?
