version 10.2 Install "did not pass Windows Certification" message.

After upgrading a user to Sophos AV 10.2 he received a message on his screen saying, "Sophos installation did not pass the Windows Logo Certification and installation of updated software may impair the current version of Sophos."  Has anyone else seen this message after installed version 10.2?  This was on a Windows XP Dell laptop.

    Hello Gm_in_Texas,  i believe the dev team is in a discussion with Microsoft at the moment due to a report formatting issue, sorry i do not have any more info than that but this should not impact them. was this the full SAV + SCF install or something else?
