Sophos NAC and compliance Agent Issues

Dear All, I am using the following

Sophos Enterprise Console: 5.1.0.1839

Sophos NAC: 3.9

Compliance Agent: 3.9

I am testing out enterprise console and playing around with different features. I haven't configured NAC yet but today I started to get errors regarding which is not yet configured. I am getting the following error on NAC compliance agent 

"The agent was unable to assess the policy. If this problem persists, contact your administrator to report the problem. (Reason Unknown)"

I am getting this error on all the systems. NAC server is up and running. Is there a way I can troubleshoot this error and resolve it.
