We are getting random web page timeouts on workstations that started last Friday (5/16). On 5/15 our Sophos server started updating workstations from 10.3.1 to 10.3.7. On a few workstations having the issue, the problem seemed to go away after the Sophos services were disabled.
Even weirder is that some of the workstations with the issue had not yet been rebooted after the 10.3.7 update so they weren't using the new version yet.
It feels like a DNS or SSL dely to me, but after looking at a network capture I don't see any issues. I've turned off Web Protection "Block access to malicious websites" to see if that may be causing the extra latency.
Is anyone else having this issue?
